Demo Dugong provides an AI-powered design analysis service that evaluates uploaded images for effectiveness, accessibility, and engagement. The service is available through a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

02Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service beyond normal usage
• Share your Pro account credentials with others

03Free Tier

The free tier allows up to 2 design analyses per month and requires a free account. Usage is tracked server-side. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

04Pro Subscription

The Pro plan is available at £9.99/month or £99.90/year (saving £19.98). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

05Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you upload. Demo Dugong does not claim any rights over your content. The analysis reports, branding, and service technology remain the property of Demo Dugong.

06Limitation of Liability

Demo Dugong provides analysis as guidance only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following our recommendations. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demo Dugong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

07Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
